Our custom mobile smoker will be available for full-service catering across the Chicago area. Our team of experts will take the heat off hosting, taking care of set-up, service and clean-up.

  • The Whole Hog package includes 1 pound of raw meat per person, 2 cold sides and 1 hot side, white bread, BBQ sauces, iced tea lemonade. We’ll also bring plates, cups, serving utensils, cutlery and napkins along with use of 3 tables and table cloths.

  • Our most flexible option, the You Pick’em package includes your choice of 3 meats and 3 sides, white bread, BBQ sauces, iced tea lemonade. We’ll also bring plates, cups, serving utensils, cutlery and napkins along with use of 3 tables and table cloths.

  • Our full-service events last a minimum of 4 hours. This includes 1 hour of set-up, 2 hours of service, and 1 hour of clean-up. We’re happy to extend the service hours if your event needs it for an additional fee.

  • Yes. All full-service events require a minimum staffing fee of $400. This includes 3 team members for the event's total duration: 1 hour of setup, 2 hours of service, and 1 hour of cleanup. We're happy to extend your event's service hours for an additional $50 per team member per hour if needed.

    Events over 100 may require additional staffing at a cost of $50 per team member per hour. Your group size and selections will determine the final staffing requirements for your event.

  • We recommend 1 pound of raw meat per person which is included in the base price of your Whole Hog Package. If you’d like a bigger pig, it is $25/pound.

  • Staffing is required for all full-service events, but is not included in the base price as we staff based on your group size and selections. Staffing fee starts at $400 per event.

  • All full-service events require a minimum of 2 weeks notice, subject to availability.

  • Travel is included for up to 20 miles. Anything past 20 miles is charged at $10/additional mile.

  • Alcohol is not available at off-site catered events at this time. Please check back soon.

  • We’ll need 50 square feet of open air space to accommodate our mobile smoker and truck. Please note our mobile smoker cannot go up stairs or inclines, we require a flat surface.

  • No! You may choose from either our Whole Hog or You Pick’em Packages, offering flexibility to build your own bbq.

    You may also choose to add on to your menu with our large selection of additional meats, sides, appetizers, desserts and more.
