Our custom mobile smoker will be available for full-service catering across the Chicago area. Our team of experts will take the heat off hosting, taking care of set-up, service and clean-up.

  • The Whole Hog package includes 1 pound of raw meat per person, 2 cold sides and 1 hot side, white bread, BBQ sauces, iced tea lemonade. We’ll also bring plates, cups, serving utensils, cutlery and napkins along with use of 3 tables and table cloths.

  • The Whole Hog Package is $50/person, with a 75 person minimum.

  • Our full-service events last a minimum of 4 hours. We’re happy to extend the service hours if your event needs it for an additional fee.

  • We recommend 1 pound of raw meat per person which is included in the base price of your Whole Hog Package. If you’d like a bigger pig, it is $25/pound.

  • Yes. All full-service events require our catering team to be on-site for a minimum of 4 hours including 1 hour of set-up, 2 hours of service and 1 hour of clean-up. Your group size and selections will determine the staffing requirements for your event.

  • Staffing is required for all full-service events, but is not included in the base price as we staff based on your group size and selections. We charge $30/hour per team member with a 4 hour minimum. Each full-service event has a 3 person staffing minimum but is dependent on group size.

  • All full-service events require a minimum of 2 weeks notice, subject to availability.

  • Travel is included for up to 20 miles. Anything past 20 miles is charged at $10/additional mile.

  • Alcohol is not available at off-site catered events at this time. Please check back soon.

  • Yes, a whole hog is required to use our mobile smoker at your event. You may also choose to add on to your menu with our large selection of additional meats, sides, appetizers, desserts and more. View menu upgrades here.
